The Dutch fashion brand Garcia Jeans is known for its high-quality and authentic Italian denim fashion that is offered at an honest price. Expanding globally in 2011, Garcia Jeans counts 2,500 multibrand stores, more than 70 shop-in-shops, 200 soft shops, 25 franchise stores and an online store catering for 20 companies. In 2015, Garcia Jeans opened up its brand new webshop.
In the fashion industry, brands have to be flexible, technically up-to-date, and adapt quickly to changes to keep up with the competition. Besides running an outdated FTP server, Garcia Jeans experienced problems when it came to managing their marketing materials. Finding the correct asset was difficult and time-consuming, resulting in a low adaption rate. Working with their webshop was also a very labor-intensive process that needed improvement.
As a result, Garcia Jeans was looking for a new solution that would help the company manage their digital assets more efficiently within one single platform. Garcia Jeans needed a user-friendly solution, which would integrate their existing PIM (product information management) with the new webshop, and reduce their time to market in the process.

Thanks to the digital asset management module, Garcia Jeans was able to improve its file management processes. High-resolution images for new campaigns can be easily uploaded with the drag and drop tool, which can then be tagged and organized. The suggestive Google-like search and advanced filters helps all users find files in seconds.

With Bynder’s API, Garcia Jeans is able to easily connect the brand portal with their new webshop through hybris, the top-rated e-commerce software and omni-channel solution. All images on Garcia Jeans’ website are synced with their brand portal. This means that duplicates or outdated images, as well as labor-intensive steps getting products published on the new webshop remain the past. With the new webshop, the fast-growing brand aims to strengthen its global expansion.
