The challenge
With over 200,000 assets, Pernod Ricard is always seeking faster, more efficient ways to connect global teams with the right content. Traditional keyword-based search had its limitations, particularly when searching for assets with specific visual themes. At the same time, minimizing manual admin across content and campaign workflows was critical for improving speed-to-market and driving higher ROI from marketing efforts.
The solution
In December 2024, Pernod Ricard adopted Bynder AI through an early access program, and it was an instant game changer. Natural Language Search empowered users with faster, more accurate searching using simple, everyday language (e.g., “image of a whiskey bottle next to two glasses on a countertop”). The Duplicate Finder automatically detected duplicate (or near-duplicate) assets in the DAM, keeping the portal clean while saving time and resources by not having to do frequent manual audits.
To drive adoption, AI-powered features were promoted internally with in-platform banners, while Bynder Analytics tracked user behavior and content usage to ensure adoption and ROI remained high.
