Background

Peregrine Hospitality—formerly KSL Resorts—manages a diverse portfolio of distinctive resorts, boutique hotels, and select-service properties worldwide. In late 2024, Peregrine launched a bold new brand identity reflecting its evolved business strategy and sharpened focus on performance, growth, and sustainable success.

To bring this vision to life, Peregrine needed a centralized platform for equipping teams with up-to-date, re-branded materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and control over its reimagined brand.

Why Peregrine Hospitality is a winner

The speed and scale of Peregrine’s brand transformation have been particularly impressive. Bynder quickly became a single system of record for corporate and property teams alike, enabling them to quickly access, manage, and use re-branded materials with greater efficiency and confidence.

Bynder’s CX for User Communities has helped equip different departments, agencies, and external partners with tailored resources and materials relevant to their roles and needs. With this targeted approach, every stakeholder has been able to quickly familiarize themselves with the new brand vision and go to market consistently.

Bynder helped us lay the foundation for entering this new era as Peregrine Hospitality. It gave our teams the tools to start embracing the brand with more consistency and confidence, supporting them in becoming brand ambassadors and—as we like to say—helping protect the ‘P’ in Peregrine.

How Peregrine Hospitality did it

The challenge

Peregrine needed to coordinate a fast, secure rollout that equipped property teams, agencies, and external partners with tailored resources and assets to help them do their jobs effectively. With many of them having never used a DAM system before, fast adoption, ease of use, and permission-based access were key priorities.

The solution

Bynder has become the foundation of Peregrine Hospitality’s brand operations, centralizing more than 80,000 assets while accelerating campaign and content deployment across its portfolio. Granular user permission controls combined with Bynder’s CX for User Communities enable Peregrine to tailor asset access by property, role, or department, ensuring teams only see what is relevant to them.

Bynder’s AI-powered Natural Language Search has significantly improved asset discovery, especially for the marketing team. Users can now quickly surface the right asset they need using simple, everyday language. Integrations with Canva and Monday.com have also automated manual workflows and eliminated bottlenecks, freeing up more time for creative execution.

The impact

Peregrine Hospitality has executed its rebrand with speed, consistency, and precision while setting up scalable processes to empower future growth. Highlights include:

  • 49M+ audience reach across owned and earned channels during the rebrand launch
  • Fewer manual content requests by encouraging self-service access and creation
  • Grew user adoption by 63.5% and expanded the asset library by 18.5% in under a year
  • Controlled access to sensitive brand assets using granular permission settings and “request to download” features
  • Higher engagement with brand guidelines—the most-viewed resources within Bynder
From the initial sales conversation through onboarding and beyond, every interaction with Bynder has been thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely supportive. It’s been the smoothest and most positive onboarding experience I’ve had.
— Kelly Bridwell, Director of Brand Strategy, Peregrine Hospitality

Looking ahead

With the brand refresh officially rolled out, Peregrine is now focusing on scaling content output with Studio, further automating workflows with Bynder’s pre-built integrations, and gaining deeper data insights into content usage with Analytics. The sales organization is also beginning to explore how Bynder can generate localized, on-brand materials for sales enablement.

As the company continues to grow its portfolio, Bynder has become central to Peregrine’s brand strategy, helping the company amplify brand impact, stay consistent, and confidently protect the “P” in Peregrine.
