Amsterdam’s fastest growing startup announces expansion into Dubai

DUBAI – Amsterdam based Bynder, the global leader in full-cycle marketing and branding software, announced on Wednesday that they are opening an office in the Middle East. The Dubai office will focus on continued growth within the Middle East and support of the company’s growing customer base in the region.

Bynder was elected winner of Deloitte’s Rising Star Award last year, and by choosing Dubai the company takes another step towards international success. “Dubai is a great fit for Bynder.” said Chris Hall, CEO of Bynder. “The UAE is well known for their innovation and technology leadership, which has allowed us to successfully expand in this market. We’re excited to join the Dubai Internet City district and the great companies established there, and we look forward to continuing the success that we’ve had in this region.”

Dubai Internet City
Dubai Internet City is the largest hub for information and communication technology companies in the Middle East and Northern Africa. Keeping up with rapid technology innovation has been crucial for Dubai based businesses, to keep an edge in international markets. “Innovation is not an option but a necessity,” said Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. “It’s not a culture but work style, and governments and companies that do not innovate risk losing their competitiveness and falling far behind.”

Sixth office
For Bynder, Dubai is the sixth office opened in six years. The Middle East is a logical next step: the innovative market climate, combined with Bynder’s local client base and annual growth rate of 350%, will localize Bynder's offer within the market with on-the-ground service. The Amsterdam based company also has offices in Boston, London, Barcelona and Rotterdam.

“Bynder will bring great international tech experience to the region,” said Stefanie Schachtschabel, Director of Expo2020 for the Netherlands Business Council. “Bynder will fit well into the Dubai Internet City framework, and now local businesses can benefit from their international perspective on marketing technology.”
