Bynder is a leader in the Digital Asset Management space and we're helping brands to conquer the complexity and chaos of proliferating content channels and relationships so they can provide an exceptional content experience to their customers. We started over 10 years ago and really work with creative and marketing teams initially to manage all of their creative content in a system of record. We've evolved through the years with the whole digital transformation to really work with digital teams to not only manage all the content coming from upstream applications and creative marketing teams but also support, go to market strategies with consumers moving to more of an online or digital first economy, it was more of a disruptor in the market started relatively small. We started to get maybe 20 to 30 logos a year in. But in the last couple of years, we've been able to get around 120 logos per quarter in and that number is steadily growing. 

We have about 20% of the Fortune 500 to leverage our platform in some capacity. But in addition to that, we also have small and medium sized companies, we are managing over 175 million assets. 

We have over two petabytes of data in our platform and on the monthly, on an average monthly basis, we are delivering over 20 billion transactions towards our customers. 

THL has been amazing and a lot of the reason is because we have a shared vision in the marketplace. 

What really surprised me was the amount of knowledge about our industry. When we first met, they've already really dug into the material, into the market and knew our competitors, knew our opportunities and also knew our industry just very well based on our research finder has the best overall product in terms of addressing the needs of a modern digital marketer. 

It is an easy to use product, but a really capable one Bynder had historically been venture capital backed and had not had a single controlling shareholder for a very long time. 

So the first opportunity we saw to have a positive impact was simply in being an accountable, dedicated and focused steward of this great business. For me personally, it was important to find the right home for a strong brand and a great culture like BT HL has been so committed to this process from day one that gave me a lot of comfort. It was really great to see how the SRG members are really part of our team and how they are challenging us, how we are challenging them. And by having that bidirectional conversation, we are really making sure that we up our game and that we deliver an even better product than what we are having today.
