It is the science of human behaviour moving in new directions. To get people to change the way in which they work is not a simple task, especially not when this behaviour change happens inside new technology. It is hard because two variables are added into the equation of change: new technology and a new way of working.
The beauty of science is that it’s a process or better yet, a network of micro changes, happening simultaneously, that lead to a change, in the way things are done.
