Independent research firm names Bynder as a Strong Performer In Digital Asset Management For Customer Experience

AMSTERDAM, November 22, 2019 - Bynder, a global digital asset management (DAM) platform, today announced that it was named a “Strong Performer” in The Forrester Wave™: Digital Asset Management for Customer Experience, Q4 2019 report by Forrester Research, Inc. The report states that Bynder offers ease of use with global appeal for brand-forward companies.

The Forrester report also states that Bynder’s strengths include an intuitive user interface, enterprise platform integrations and name recognition in the market. Bynder received the highest score possible in the usability and user interface criterion. The report states that “Bynder is a good fit for brand-forward companies that want an easy-to-use DAM solution that they can deploy quickly.” The report emphasizes that “when an organization deploys DAM across the company, it’s important that the technology is intuitive for nontechnical users in legal, sales, marketing, and other lines of business.”

“Digital asset management has progressed tremendously over the past two years. Instead of static asset repositories, brands require an integrated tech stack across the entire content lifecycle,” said Kevin Broom, Bynder’s Chief Product Officer. “Throughout this evolution, Bynder has been consistently recognized for our unwavering focus on the user experience. We are proud to be recognized for that commitment, and we’re grateful to our customers who inspire us every day to continuously improve our platform.”

Since acquiring its biggest competitor, Webdam, in 2018, Bynder has made transformative strides in product leadership and development. This past year, the company launched a new product strategy to create a dynamic collaboration platform supporting accelerated content creation.
